Worry Vault is a child-friendly wellness app that helps children name worries, practice calming exercises, and revisit worries over time with supportive prompts. The App is designed to be used with a parent/guardian’s oversight.Parent-first account
- A parent or legal guardian creates the account.
- The parent can create one or more child profiles under their account.What data we collect
We aim to minimize data collection.We may collect/store:
- Parent email and account settings
- Child profile basics (nickname/first name, age range)
- Wellness activity metadata (categories, timestamps, revisit ratings, streaks)
- Push notification token (if enabled)
- Crash/performance logs (to keep the app stable)We do not collect:
- Child’s email address
- Location data
- Contacts
- Advertising identifiers for behavioral adsWorry content storage
- Worry text and drawings are stored on-device by default.
- If the child (or parent) taps “Share with Parent”, that specific worry may be uploaded so the parent can view it.Parental choices and controls
Parents can:
- View child activity summaries
- Enable/disable notifications
- Enable/disable weekly email summaries
- Delete shared worries and child profiles
- Request deletion of account dataWeekly email summaries
If enabled, we send weekly summaries to the parent’s email. These summaries focus on trends and wellness progress and are designed not to include sensitive worry content unless the parent has chosen to view shared items within the App.How to contact us
